There is no operating system installed on this computer. It does come with a Windows 98 COA - Certificate of Authenticity. This is a sticker attached to the computer that has a license number for installing the Windows 98 operating system. If you have access to the correct installation CD for this software, this computer is licensed by Microsoft to run that operating system. In other words, it allows you to install the operating system for free.
