Used Apple iMac Tangerine

This Apple iMac Computer is being sold as good for parts. What does that mean? It is a working computer (OS 8.6 is restored to the hard drive), BUT the CD-ROM drive and the I/O cover are missing (see pictures).
You may be able to rescue this machine by simple adding a CD-ROM drive or use it to fix your other iMacs, but it is not shipping as a fully functional computer.
