The Sony VAIO PCG-F450 comes standard with a 14.1 inch TFT display, 2 hour battery life (new battery) and the ability to install two batteries four a total of four hours of laptop use without the need of being connected to a power outlet, 56k Baud built in modem, DVD player, i-Link-an IEEE 1394 Firewire connection, comes with 64MB of ram standard and can be upgraded to 256MB of ram, comes with a 9GB hard drive, two type II PC card slots or one type III PC card slot, and at 6.8 pounds this is a fairly light laptop in comparison to the past. With a 500 MHZ Intel processor the VAIO F450 is a very solid laptop.
